ABOUT US
SEFOPEA Ltd was established to invest in real estate, property and construction. We are currently finalizing preparations for new construction and investment projects in the Dominican Republic. We have completed the acquisition of land in the tourist attraction zone of Punta Rucia, located in the western part of the province of Puerto Plata.
Our team of qualified real estate and construction consultants is assisting you with the purchase of houses, apartments or other projects that we carry out under the SEFOPEA brand name.
Since 2021 we are members of the Czech-Dominican Chamber of Commerce and Industry, since 21 January 2022 we have also met the international standard ISO 17442 when we were issued the global identification code LEI 984500FB80RGC962AB97, which is issued to banks and financial companies.
The company has a share capital of £5m and through the financial market, we have secured additional funding.
OUR SERVICES
We are currently developing a development of apartments, condos, villas and a hotel complex in the tourist attraction of Punta Rucia. This is an ecological area popular with tens of thousands of tourists a year for its unique scenery, lagoons, clean beaches, crystal waters and the possibility of diving and fishing. The main attractions of the area are the mangroves and lagoons, the island of Cayo Arena, known as Paradise Island and one of the few places where the Caribbean manatee can be found.
The Dominican Republic has been a popular destination for building and buying real estate for decades. There are no restrictions on ownership, you can own land or property even as a foreigner without permanent residency. The country also has a number of incentives to pledge residency, residency, citizenship or tax status if you invest in real estate. Over 250,000 new foreigners from dozens of countries move to the Dominican Republic each year.

Corporate bonds, along with certificates of deposit from banks and finance companies, are the most popular instruments for the appreciation of deposits, free capital and investments.
